Is My Case Too Small?

We are often asked if “my personal injury case is big enough” for a lawyer to get involved. We don’t pre-judge cases, and have learned over the years that sometimes cases that everyone thought were small – are not. Sometimes a “neck sprain” turns out to be a herniated disc. Sometimes “bursitis” of the shoulder is really a torn rotator cuff, or a “knee sprain” is a damaged meniscus.

If you were not at fault in the accident and are hurt, your case is important to you and important to us. If you were not at fault in the accident and you are dealing with medical appointments and bills, your case is important to you and important to us. If you were not at fault and you have lost income, your case is important to you and important to us.

We are not afraid to take smaller cases that other lawyers may turn down, including slip and falls and defective products.
